Ultra-high-pressure water jetting up to 2,500 bar

Chemical-free cleaning with the power of water: we remove even stubborn deposits from plant, tanks, piping and surfaces — gently and residue-free.

Ultra-High-Pressure Water Jetting

Your benefits

Why UHP water jetting is the clean choice

Ultra-high-pressure (UHP) water jetting cleans with water alone — no chemicals, no blasting media, no residues. Using the kinetic energy of the water jet, we remove encrusted deposits, oil, grease, limescale and rust without attacking the material. The waste water is extracted and properly treated.

  • Pressure up to 2,500 bar, adjusted to material and contamination
  • Chemical-free and free of blasting media: no residues on the component
  • Gentle on surfaces, coatings and structures
  • Certified specialist company under the German Water Resources Act (WHG), professional disposal
Why UHP water jetting is the clean choice

How it works

How ultra-high-pressure water jetting works

Special pumps compress water to extremely high pressure and deliver it to the surface through precision nozzles. The kinetic energy of the jet removes contamination without damaging the material.

  1. 01

    Pressure up to 2,500 bar

We select the pressure to suit material and contamination: lower for sensitive surfaces, higher for the most stubborn deposits. This range is the technology's great advantage.

  2. 02

Cleaning without chemicals or blasting media

Only water is used — no solvents, no blasting media. That protects the environment and health, and leaves no residues that would have to be removed afterwards.

  3. 03

    Water extraction and treatment

We extract the waste water and treat it, or dispose of it in line with the German Water Resources Act (WHG) — as a certified specialist company, cleanly documented.

Applications

Where UHP water jetting plays to its strengths

Plant, tanks, piping, heat exchangers and large surfaces: wherever encrusted deposits, oil, grease, limescale or rust have taken hold, the water jet removes them through pressure alone.

Because we adjust the pressure continuously to material and contamination, we clean sensitive surfaces just as safely as heavily encrusted industrial plant.

FAQ

Questions about UHP water jetting

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about ultra-high-pressure water jetting.

Which pressure ranges do you use?
We work at pressures of up to 2,500 bar, depending on the task and the material. This range allows us to clean sensitive surfaces gently and to remove the most stubborn contamination. We determine the exact pressure with you during the initial consultation.
Is the method gentle on materials?
Yes — UHP water jetting is considerably gentler than mechanical methods or aggressive chemicals. Precise pressure control and nozzle technology prevent damage to surfaces, coatings and structures. We assess every application individually.
Which types of contamination can be removed?
UHP water jetting reliably removes paint residues, oil, grease, limescale, rust, deposits and organic contamination. The method shows its strength particularly on burnt-in or hardened deposits. Paint stripping is another classic application.
Do you need chemicals for this?
Usually not. Pure water under high pressure is sufficient in most cases. For special types of contamination we use environmentally friendly additives applied with the water jet — considerably more sustainable than conventional cleaning agents.
How long does a cleaning job take?
The duration depends on area, degree of contamination and material. Small machines are often finished within hours, while large plant or hall floors can take several days. We provide a precise schedule in advance.
